The Abs Diet” by David Zinczenko please HELP!!?

I am starting the ABS diet for women, and I need a few pointers from anyone who has had success with this diet.

1) What is a good protein/meal replacement bar on this diet?

2) Any good recipes for berry smoothies that are allowed on this plan? The ones in the book don’t look too appealing to me. I don’t want to use ice cream, and I can stand cottage cheese.

3) Snack ideas? No cottage cheese or yogurt.

4) Easy lunch ideas? I need to do a diet that doesn’t use 15 ingredients to make one meal. Something simple since I will be making this just for me.

I’m on day six of the abs diet. I didn’t think the smoothies sounded very appealing either until I tried them. Adding some peanut butter (which I don’t really like) helps a lot. As the book says, you can come up with your own recipes using a few basic ingredients. I think you can have Luna bars for snacks.
