
I feel so bloated all the time!?
I suffer from IBS-D and I take two pills every morning Acidophilus. I try to watch what I eat, but food does not always are perfect to me. I would like to lose 15 pounds or less, and to walk in the highest pending my treadmill for 30 minutes. every day. The strain appears to have worsened since the purchase of my team because I have been using more often. Do you know of anything I can take and / or eating and / or avoid consumption and methods to get rid of this swelling in total? Also, for people who are knowledgeable in the diet and exercise, I heard the phrase, "abs are made in the kitchen "and I firmly believe that is true. I had tried to guide my midsection and I increased the intensity of my cardio workouts, but methods a strict diet my midsection shrinkage. What do they have to say about losing weight through a mid-section? ANY and ALL advice is welcome. Thanks!
