Anyone have a good workout?
I'm looking for something like a six pack and good pecks. I do not buy any DVD or pesos. I'm looking for more things like pushups, etc. has almost no muscles so it probably should start small. Need concise information. My growth plates are probably still growing, so I need to move I do not stop growing. This is the information I am looking for: Moves need to work these muscles, "ABS-Peaks-biceps-The Other important muscles * NOTE: I do not want to be a man with big muscles, just tell me ancestry information such as: Order and how many of each I do .– interval of time (two days? Three days do, how often training? all)-The time of day, before or after eating a specific diet? (I hope not too much of a change to a regular healthy diet)-Environment PLEASE WRITE ALL THIS IN YOUR RESPONSE Thanks so much. Remember to create a routine that requires no equipment.
