Make at least a basic outline of the abs (six pack)?
I need some help getting at least a pack of 6 main lines. I've been exercising abs diet. It feels like it stopped working now. I've been changing my workouts with different exercises. I just need a little help with a new work for them. Should focus on more basic exercises? if so, tell me some. the intensity must be trained and for how time? If possible, could you tell me some very intense exercise or training plans? keep in mind that I'm still in high school and lift weights for other parts of my body, before someone tells me I need to follow a diet with nothing but salads.
