What’s a good diet and workout to lose fat off my body and build muscle?
I want to increase my muscle size: biceps, triceps, leg muscle, abs, ect. I want to lose fat so the muscles are more visable.
Healthily, but at a normal speed to lose fat and increase muscle size, what’s a good diet and a workout/exercising schedule?
Also, is rice a good idea in my diet?
BY THE WAY, I am 13, almost 14, 121 pounds, and 5’4. I KNOW I’m at a healthy weight, so do not mention it.

well ill tell you your weight has nothing to do with it. im 14 5’2 maybe 5’3 on a good day and i weight 140-145 lbs. but im in great shape. all you need to do is eat a good breakfast (e.g. cereal, toast, ect…) and a well balanced lunch (sandwich with a propel or water maybe crystal light) and a small dinner before 6. you dont need to kill yourself over this. also jog for 30+ minutes a day. make a play list on your ipod if u have one and go for a nice jog around the neighbor hood. maybe get someone else who has the same goal and go with them. make sure its for 30+ minutes because thats when the body starts using fat. your body uses 3 things for energy. sugar first, then carbs, then fat, it will seem really hard for the first 20 or so minutes but once your body starts using fat it gets super easy and you could just run forever. so just get out there and run! also on days you dont feel like running (i have many) do anaerobic workouts (bicep/tricep curls, push ups, ect…) and that will help you gain muscle. since your about my age if your school has a weight club or fitness club or weight lifting class ask about the BFS program. its a great program and i am lifting 80% + my body weight. follow these instructions and youll be in great shape soon!
