is a good idea if I'm trying to lose weight. . .?

is a good idea – if I'm trying to lose weight – a drink atkins shake for breakfast. I have to breakfast at 9:30 every day (at least during the summer) and then I go to my two hours of swim team practice. everything is in the water, no dry land. so if I had half or all (which would be better) would be acceptable to the practice of swimming? and if so, when would be safe for lunch? just when I feel hungry again? or wait until a certain time? like 12? and if not, when can you have? and if it is bad for me, what I have that's good? water and fruit / vegies / meat? I really need to lose this weight as fast as possible, but unfortunately it can not happen overnight. by so any advice is welcome! (Mostly diet alone is not really exercise. I already swimming and tae kwon do.)

i weight loss weight eating all the day of fruits and vegetables, along with a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner … theres no set diet, everyone is different … see what you like and work with that … this is what I did: 8:30 Breakfast 1 scrambled egg, toast with peanut butter and honey and orange Banna 10:30 snack or some kind of fruit 12:00 noon turkey sandwich with chips Sun 2:00 snack 4:00 plant any fruit or vegetable snack (or about 15 almonds) 06:00 – Dinner sensitive: chicken with mashed potatoes and a salad I'm sure you can find healthy recipes, just try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables as possible, they'll fill up.
