Atkins snacks?
what can i snack on during the day or evening whilst on the Atkins diet? My main meals are quite healthy and satisfying but sometimes i just need to snack! lol. Any help would be much appreciated and i dont care about those who say its dangerous. I feel great and thats all that matters!
Here goes! Get an ice shaver (I have the Hawaiian Ice Shaver from Meijer, $12). Shave a Large glass full of ice. After that, add the liquid heavy whipping cream (0 Carbs) to the ice. Add approximately 1/2 container of Crystal Lite (or generic) to the glass, add water to fill to the top. Add 2 pkgs of Splenda. Stir well, and ENJOY! Best sweet Atkins Friendly shake ever.
