Since the induction of the Atkins diet has been proven?
My boyfriend came home last week and said "Let's do the Atkins diet." I've been researching a lot of sites about this diet. I HAVE read the good, the bad and the ugly. I just want to here from ordinary people with the experience I'm looking soi People who have tried or are currently on this diet. What are your success stories, horror stories .. What I can hope is that worth? Thanks!
Adkin other original was first with his South Beach diet, then better than them and later improved Adkin. research on diet is wonderful and I have done all three. I always lose weight in the diet until congested lymphatic system and learned a lot to share. Yo diets retention research of fluid in my group, but are open to everyone. I have a chat room, journal diet and help with the Adkins plan, if necessary. that both could do my daily diet for the track.
