Aid) 1.75 breakfast of Kashi Go Lean cups of cereal w / like 1 / 3 cup of skim milk and a banana. mid-morning snack, a South Beach diet meal replacement bar (chocolate crisp) organic peanutbutter sandwich at lunch of bread 100% Whole Wheat and box of raisins. Later, carnation instant breakfast drink and a snack low carbohydrate / high fiber whole wheat wrap w / 1 skinless, thinly sliced chicken breast. dinner-1 cup spaghetti with some homemade tomato sauce and meatballs 2. afternoon snack-1 road atkins morning start bar mix. by the way I am 14, 5 feet and weighs about 90 pounds too fat is added to about 45 grams. is that too much for one day? What is the recommended amount?
What did you eat it is calorie and fat wise. You are young and in the light side, so that is good about that. The issue is the almost complete lack of fruits and vegetables. Remember, you should aim for 3 servings of each during the day, and tomato sauce does not count. Throw in a couple of rich vegetable salad and perhaps a portion of cooked vegetables with their meals, and at least one more fruit or glass of pure fruit juice, and you're golden.
