is this a good menu for me today for ATKINS diet?
Breakfast- 5 pieces of sugar free bacon.
Snack- sugar free jello cup with whipped cream.
lunch- piece of turkey breast, slice of cheese and 5 olives.
dinner- 6 oz. fillet (steak) steamed cauliflower
i have lost about 13 pounds but this is my 4th week and i stopped losing weight about 4 days ago. i eat very low carb but i have stalled, what can i do?
I think you are only stalling if it last for more than 2 weeks…you have lost at least 3.25 pounds per week. I don’t think you are eating enough. Good luck.
