if I eat carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta and potatoes i lose weight?

or just maintain my current weight? I'm trying to lose weight fast, but I want to do the Atkins / South Beach diet any advice about what to exclude / include in my diet so I can get. Yes you will lose weight if you cut carbohydrates. The Atkins diet is not so bad is that you can stick to. As for the moment not exercise you will be surprised what you can do for your body if you think that. When you go to work fer park down the parking lot and walk the stairs instead of lift.
