atkins diet watermelon
Can anyone give me some good diet suggestions?

Hello all, I am looking for some good diet idea’s that are NOT low carb, high protein. I don’t have much to lose I have been on Atkins/south beach for over a year, but i’m backsliding (like 5 to 10lbs so far) because im tired of eating meat and green veggies day in and day out. I work out regularly and drink my 64 oz of water daily. For about a month however I have been enjoying pasta, bread, highly sugared fruits like watermelon and bananas. Candy and refined sugar is not my problem, although I will admit I have been eating them lately due to my awareness i’m cheating on my diet. So I just need a change of pace without weight gain, that incorporates a few new foods into my diet. Any suggestions?

try switching diets ,like if u did all meat and veggies ,every day then switch one or 2 days with fish and fruits . change ur exercise routine ,so try walking with friends or with an animal if u got one or anything like that ,sticking to same old thing is boring and sooner then later ur body is used to it so try to switch diets year on and off .
