Has anyone joined "The Biggest Loser" Club?

Seems like a good diet and enough exercise plan. I asked someone here has had success with it? I know the plan of work for the contestants, but I want to know if it is correct for the average person with children, domestic work, full-time, etc. The contestants follow the diet plan, but also work out six hours a day, while on the ranch! I am seeking input from people "Real" have joined the club!

Yes, many people have joined. Is the same program that put the contestants show, so seeing the program will show you how well it works.
