I forgot to add that I read that most tripe sold in grocery stores aren’t much good, so I wonder if those sold in butcher shops are better?
nope butcher shop would be the same. Any tripe offer for human consumption has to be cleaned/bleached.
Mmm honestly i would suggest going to Hare-today. the price is a bit better they only have spleen as an extra add in
Khayos actually tripe does have nutritional value when cleaned out. B12, selenium protein and Zinc.
