
Help with my new diet?!?
I'll start to eat 1,209 calories a day, because I this calorie calculator in google and extreme loss weight that told me I should be eating a lot. So you know that any food you can eat to help me with this diet? I have tons of apples bananas, carrots and celery.
do not eat bananas much because they can reach you and potassium can be dangerous, also agree that you look picture slim profile and no possible way you should eat little of calories your child for god's sake you must eat more to 2500-2800 calories as a child to their age needs calories to grow. grow up and realize that this is the way to much, even for an adult
