
How many calories do I need to be eating to loose weight?
I am 5’2″ and weight 185 pounds. My goal is to loose about 50 lbs the healthy way…no fast diets…just change my eating habits and exercise daily…I started writing in a food journal which is extremely helpful…found out that on a regular day I consume about 2,000 calories…i just want a set amount of calories I can follow by…please no link to any sites…if you know how many I should have for my height I would be sooo grateful…thanks guys…and I don’t need any suggestions to diet or exercise…i know what I gotta do to loose weight…
About 1500 a day with exercise would be good.
