Weight loss through SparkPeople?

I'm really into weight and I have signed and with the advice of diet on SparkPeople. I follow a calorie 1200-1550. (I try to stay to no more than 1200), I'm exercising every day. last week i only did 10 minutes of straight cardio, and walked during the day. Saturday night, I did 20 minutes of cardio (heart rate of 126 kept beats per minute) and do some crunches and leg raises. i drink a lot mass of water (8 oz recommend 8 cups a day (64 oz) and somedays i overcome this and drinking 96 oz. I have cut down on sugar and junk food, and I have almost completely eliminated salt (With mrs. Board in place) and I lost 17 pounds in just over a week. I think that has not been possible, but I know that the first few weeks will be water weight, but the weight is the weight when u weigh as much as I did. Can anyone else give me tips on losing weight? Am I on track? Do I have the right plan for me really loose 150 pounds? serious help only please. SparkPeople is a great site!

I'm also a lover and a member of SparkPeople. It seems like you're doing all good. Congratulations on the loss of 17 pounds! The only advice I would give is that your cardio a bit, but it seems it is already doing that, having spent ten twenty minutes of cardio. Congratulations again! That's fantastic!
