Measurements and diet today?

Well I think my measurements are 35-29-36. I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds, I have indeed 14. I want to be 126 pounds in May. Today I ate: Breakfast, Weetabix, semi skimmed milk and orange juice Lunch: toritlla vegetables and peas and sweet corn tea: Same as breakfast, snacks less Orange juice: Crips baked, orange, blackberry yogurt, a banana, I want to lose this weight and i play 2x moderate exercise of moderate exercise 1x 2x 45 minutes dance coach elliptical (strong) that is in a week – I can lose weight, and how my actions and stuff sound?

any protein. lose muscle not fat looking = more fat!
