
How healthy would you rate this diet?!?!?
Breakfast – Homemade Blueberry banana oatmeal muffins (my own recipe) with 1 tbsp of fat free cream cheese and a multivitamin [220 calories, 49 carbs, 6g fiber, 10g protein]
Snack – 5 organic mini pretzels, 5 almonds, and i had a sweet craving so i had 10 strawberries with some fat free coolwhip [165 calories, 28 carbs, 7g fiber, 4g protein]
Lunch – 1/2 cup fiber one original cereal with baby spinach and 10 grapes with 2 tbsp fat free italian dressing [110 calories, 36 carbs, 14g fiber, 4g protein]
Snack – 1.5 oz of beef jerky, steamed cauliflower/broccoli and a little over 1/2 cup of fiber one original cereal [230 calories, 45 carbs, 20g fiber, 25g protein]
Dinner – Varies to what parents cook
and of course i drink alot of water
Looks like a lot of sodium, which you don’t list. Lots of sodium is bad. Also looks like a fair amount of processed foods which has all kinds of unnecessary chemicals. Also, watch the high fructose corn syrup, which is common in cereal and such.
Go for more fresh fruits and veggies.

Flora &fhjdfdf has compiled a “Red List” of endangered fruit and nut species in the skjdfs. Critically endangered species include pears, hawthorns, currants, and barberries. Some of these things are down to a single tiny population.
