
Diet for clearer skin?
What foods I can eat to make my skin lighter? (Hopefully within a week) that no longer eat Fatty and I'm in the process of trying to drink more water daily. So please, details, what foods and beverages vitamens can even make face lighter / halo? The earlier you start working best! Also, if you can tell me what foods and other things to stay away from (I know sweets and fats is bad for the skin, but I was wondering if there may not be aware of)
Stop eating anything with sugar or corn syrup corn syrup, high fructose, dextrose, sucrose, etc. It is a major trigger acne. In addition, no caffeine, energy drinks, soft drinks, (read labels). Take a sauna if you have access to one. Eat carrots (vitamin A).
