diet coke cake combinations
Is this going to kill me?

My daily diet consists of three main things, and in excess. I am not overweight, but I eat like someone who is. I don’t eat meat, but I also don’t eat vegetables. A friend of mine recently told me she’s worried about my health, so I’m looking for information on what kind of issues I’m going to have to deal with. Here are the only things I take in:

1. Cheese and bread combinations (e.g. plain cheese pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese toast, cheese pitas, cheese sandwiches, cheesesticks)

2. Sugary junk food (Rice Krispy treats, Poptarts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cake, ice cream)

3. Diet Coke (I drink this constantly, literally)
I’m not exaggerating. I haven’t had a vegetable in months and I drink at least one Diet Coke an hour.
I’m 19. Thanks for all of your answers.

Yikes! I love grilled cheese sandwiches, too, but you’ve GOT to eat some vegetables.

Your diet sounds like you’re headed toward type 2 diabetes, a heart attack, or both.

Lay off a lot of the cheese and carbs. Eat vegetables and some protein along with the cheese/bread combination.

Seriously, you don’t want type 2 diabetes. I work with people who went blind from that within five years of onset. Eat right, and exercise while you’re still young. Diabetes causes so much misery.
