diet coke cake frosting
is this really bad? did i fail again? (calorie and fat-wise)?

i’m 16 years old, am 140-155 pounds, and am 5”7”.

Today I ate:
a small green apple
a salad with mixed greens, 10 calories dressing, sesame seeds, and boca burger patty
a normal slice of homemade carrot cake with chocolate frosting
a piece of toast with 1/2 spoon of sunflower seed butter
a lot of water
vitamins
some diet coke (no sugar)

i’m trying to lose weight and i also exercised today for 30 minutes :)

YOU ARE NOT EATING NEARLY ENOUGH!
Stop focusing on eating less and focus on eating healthy.
Eat a well balanced meal. Skip the diet coke (It’s worse for you than regular coke) and drink water.
Eat all three meals and eat healthy snacks.
You need to include protein, carbs, fat, fiber, vitamins and minerals in all of your meals.
Just make it healthy. Healthy fats include things like avocado and olive oil.
Exercise too. Just don’t over do it.
