Problems from drinking alcohol and eating and drinking sugar. Need some help please!?

Hello. I had this problem since I started drinking. I I am of age and to enjoy wine with dinner or a few wine coolers when my friends are gone. But I have this problem stops me! I can not have any sugar in I drink alcohol. If I drink wine, wine coolers or liquor super sweet, I get a terrible stomach ache, break out in spots and has a terrible stomach ache that can only rise. If I were to take a shot of vodka with diet coke would be fine. But if I were to take a shot of vodka with regular Coke would be a horrible pain. What could be causing this? While I realize that it is sugar alcohol, drink alcohol only when extra-sweet or sugary foods / mix drinks with alcohol that I have terrible problems. What is wrong with me?! : (

Since I am not a doctor, this is mere speculation, but the very fact that most Alcoholic beverages are very high in sugar, for starters, is unclear. As stated that broke out in spots, I guess the reason you are experiencing some kind of allergic reaction. There are literally thousands of allergies, and I have no way of determining which of them can be a problem. Diabetes or sugar in the blood can cause many symptoms that may worsen while the consumption of alcohol, for example. I would strongly suggest to refrain from consuming alcohol consulting your doctor. I wish you the best of luck!
