a day diet plan for people with coronary heart disease.?
On the basis of my grandfather having had a heart bypass surgery for 10 years now and being healthier than a child of 10 years: Drink lots and lots of water: it is very important to maintain balance of body, grilled fish and meats Grilled: make you eat meat and fish at a rate of 80% fish flesh, 20% provided grilled or boiled or (but sometimes less) roasted, eaten with rice, noodles or potatoes baked / roasted, without chips! Fruits and vegetables abuse! No weight gain: if you eat a complete meal for lunch, dinner should be a clear soup (vegetable soup seafood or something not too heavy), a small cheese (small white cheeses have a texture with milk, I do not know how to say in English, sorry: /) and fruits. Of course you can eat desserts, but not every day -> Avoid calorie desserts too (eg cream cakes are something to erase your list as the cream is very high in calories and fat is basically sweet!) Eat plenty of fruit and cooked vegetables as you can! You should avoid eggs, cheese, except that a I said, light drinking milk, eating cookies with fiber …. all the fat that can contribute to high cholesterol (which clogs arteries even more!) The basic thing you to be sure is that as you get healthy, strong and "happiest" of his heart will become. EVERY DAY for a walk, do not rush … walk for the day on 1hr/per and enjoy the view! Avoid stress in their daily lives and do not smoke. Be happy and good luck!)
