
Is it bad to have a sweet treat everyday when your trying to lose weight?
so i have cut out fast food and sodas from my diet completely. im not trying to really diet but more like change my way of living so i stay thin. is it ok to have a little treat everyday like a 100 calorie ice cream bar or a half a cupcake or even jello or a flavor ice pop? cus i have a major sweet tooth and i cant stand one day without a little dessert
every other day if you excersise and all that. my mom does that and shes 110lbs. and she’s 5’4
