can i drink energy drinks while taking diet pills?

im not in a super strict diet or anything, but i am taking diet pills (hydroxycut- caffeine free). however, since they are caffeine free it doesnt provide energy, so i was wondering if its okay to drink a red bull or any energy drink??

p.s. Yes i know, red bull wont help my diet, but like i said before im not in a super strict diet.
I MUST ADD.. MY DIET IS ONLY TO CUT DOWN MY APPETITE, IM 20 YRS OLD BUT EAT LIKE A REALLY HUNGRY GUY..LOL.

hydroxycut cuts the water level in your system. Energy drinks provide energy through an intense amount of 3 types of caffeine, which also dehydrates you.
What is the point of taking hydroxycut if you are going to pump yourself full of all of the empty carbs from energy drinks anyways?
The bottom line here is you are going to dehydrate yourself and cause yourself to have very unhealthy crashes every day when you come down off of your energy drinks. I strongly suggest you relook at your “diet” and find out what is more important to you.
You can’t have your cake and eat it too when it comes to health.
