diet healthy eating lose weight
is this eating diet gunna help me lose weight or is it un healthy?

a bowl of special k with skimmed milk,
sandwich: wholemeal bread, low fat spread (thin amount), thin piece of ham or chicken
dinner: jacket potatoe and beans OR half a tin of tomato soup
snack: special k bar and a rice cake or ryvita

plus lots of water, i try to drink 2litres a day

will i lose weight from this? my bmi is high like 28

Breakfast is good for now – Special K is quite high in sugar, so maybe a couple of eggs for breakfast would be a good weekend breakfast.

Good sandwich although I would add tomatoes and lettuce – try to not have a sandwich all the time for lunch – try wholemeal pasta salads, wraps, soups, etc.

I’d have a jacket potato OR beans OR tomato soup (with crackers)!

Perfect snack is a Special K bar. I’d get bored of rice cakes and Ryvita, so I’d have peanut butter spread on top.

If you want, you can mix the water with some orange squash or Robinsons’ or Ribena or something.

Remember to exercise as well – a programme on the BBC said that your body burns three times more fat throughout the day after you exercise.
