
Is this healthy diet or really bad for me?
I lose about 20 pounds, so I can play in adult soccer league and heard about a diet containing only lemonade, maple syrup, and water. That's everything you eat for 1-2 weeks and that's it. I just could not believe that may be healthy for me, but was just curious. i didn't think that was a lot of VitaMan / protein, etc. Any ideas?
Not really a diet. Is a cleansing … so it is not actually designed to make you lose weight on it. You will lose weight but gain it back when you start eating again. You can get enough calories from it, but probably will feel weak, as it has enough nutrients. Ah, also has cayenne pepper in it too.
