Diet hot cocoa and AS. Cookie?

i usually have something a little sweet on Sunday, as I believe that one day the treatment and I'm trying maintain or lose weight in a bit not much tho, I have Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa usually with something (a package of 25 chemicals, two sugars, fats and 2) usually have 2 packages to put in my Dunkin Donuts cup or just a packet of skim milk to fill it. And something to go with it as a burden "cookie" observers (oatmeal raisin, chocolate. Chip, or there Lil lemon cake) or a small package of crackers or as a 100 calorie Snack Pack, something small, like the hot chocolate. I am saying this because I can have other things like if I go to a resturaunt, i eat potions and still make sure i do not go over my calories. Anyway, NY, has two sets of special black chocolate bad? Tuesday I had two and only two at present. I'm on a diet STRICK. I can eat what I want, I do not eat fast food or drink soda Tho. My sound is good?
