I have been on it for quite awhile. It is free to join and has an accurate (and verified) calorie counter that makes it easy to accurately track not only your calories and fat but also sodium, cholesterol, protein, etc. There is also a section that tracks how many calories you are burning, for everything from true exercise to mundane tasks like working on the computer or driving. You will be shocked at the extensive list they have for exercise! You can enter your weight and your weight loss goals, and it tells you how many calories you are allowed everyday (with a counter at the top of the screen that tells you how many calories you have left for the day!). It also tracks how much water you consume. And, there is a journal where you can write your feelings for the day, which can be private or you can allow others to read your journal.
