
My food for tomorrow to kill my diet?
I've been on a strict diet last month, I lost 15 pounds incredibly, I guess it was the weight that was begging to leave. I've also been running two miles every day last month. I have a morning meal consists of the mein shrimp, beef with broccoli, egg foo young, and white rice and maybe steamed dumplings. My plan is to eat for dinner is tomorrow night and Thursday lunch i dont plan on running tomorrow or you want to give my body a rest because my left leg is killing me. I just want to do that usually win all my weight back by eating it. Also havent had anything but water during the last month and tomorrow I want to spend a couple of cups of Kool Aid, probably usually eaten in every morning until night, so you do not run up my calories. Let me know if I gain all my weight back, I will continue my STRICT DIET morning and exercise.
UR DIET GOOD WORK! Buttt, I hate to have to that is not a good idea. do when given a diet ur body and responds to routine that. loooseing said body weight. like his running helped. Purging after doing very well is as if your body will double. The foods you eat to a mess. just store all the fat you can get for your desire is so wrong. I suggest you do not. However, you can have maybe some of these elemnts avocado or something because it sounds like the body needs fat. eat a few items, but not in bulk up on it. Healthy eating is great, but do not ever eat too much of anything. And as for Koolaid: Bad Stuff> like water glass with a light low calories. know very well and is not so bad for youuu. if your left leg it hurts to take a break from running. and another exercise that does not hurt. everydayyyy exercise but GOOD LUCK!
