I am so depressed. How can I lose weight? Read more please…?

I eat healthy. I won’t eat white rice or white bread. Only whole grain bread and brown rice. And only whole wheat pasta. I switched to Diet Mountain Dew instead of regular. I get plenty of exercise chasing my 2 year old around. And I don’t eat a lot during the day… just when I am hungry. But I have gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks. And I am 168 lbs and 5 ft 4 in. I just don’t get it and I am so depressed. I don’t want to be fat. Oh and I eat a lot of vegetables… especially broccoli.

Depression actually leads to weight gain. Something to do with your testosterone level. You might want to do things that motivate you. You need to be motivated in order to lose weight. Stay away from friends who look down on you first of all. Anybody that gets you down, stay away from them. Second, put marks on your calender reminding you to exercise that day. Start little by little, don’t go big right away. When you get use to your exercises, then intensify it.

Working out will definitely get rid of that depression. You’ll feel better about yourself. Trust me.
