
Drink Mountain Dew to keep the fat?
Well call me crazy, but drinking Mt.Dew keep people thin and / or help you lose weight? I've always been a Pepsi / Diet Pepsi drinker, but I've seen almost everyone who drinks Mountain Dew on a daily basis, not only as an option, but a habit all are skinny. I could never bring myself to taste. And I know that most of them do not work or eat healthy and / or unrelated. I was looking at the ingredients of the same one day and realized Mt Dew actually contains orange juice. Therefore, it is a proven fact, what you drink it every day and is skinny? Or you're fat? Just curious! Thanks
No, absolutely not keep the fat. Is the high sugar levels make you fat. The juice has tons of sugar – the liquid calories. High levels of caffeine causes extreme highs and lows of blood sugar that causes people to eat more. Soda is an absolute worst things can put in your body. You will be amazed at the amount of weight if you gave out soft drinks for two weeks and replaced it with water or flavored water (without the juice – Plenty sugar)
