Anyone have a good weekly meal planner template?

I’m starting my new diet and I always count my calories to keep me on track. Therefore I’m looking for a Weekly Meal Planner Template that includes a row for breakfast, lunch, & dinner and 1 or 2 snack columns. I tried to do one on excel & I couldnt type alot in the boxes.
