
i am trying to help my daughter loose at least 10lbs?
my daughter loves sports she plays soccer and competitve volleyball. she is 13 and in 7th grade and i think she is a little worried she is 5’2″ and weighs 144lbs she just is not sure if that is right and i am kind of worried. she is just really just trying to find a way to A: stop eating crap. she loves salad and stuff but still kind of craves comfort foods B lose at least ten pounds and not feel fat C: ithink she is worried that she will end up like one of those people on Biggest Loser (reality show that helps really obiese people loose weight. but she and i both DO NOT want to use anything like a diet plan or those fake tredmill things they show on tv. shes only 13 years old and is just hoping to find a easy way to loose weight. so any suggestionswould be fantastic!!!
Encourage her to keep playing sports and to think about healthier options for snacking.
If you judge her as fat or encourage her to judge herself as fat you’re just begging for eating disorders to start.
