Will drinking diet coke make me gain weight?
usually i just drink water, but rite now im really craving some caffeine and i just wanna know if it will make you gain weight? it has zero carbs and calories, (unlike regular coke) , so is it ok to drink if im watching my weight?
Well it doesnt have ZERO cals, I think it has about 2 per 500ml. But yes it is fine, in fact some people say its better as the fizziness makes you feel fuller. But I dont really understand that as the acid in your stomach causes the fizz to come out in the form of a burp. But caffeine suppresses your appetite so it should be better than water to drink, theoretically
