Am I eating a healthy diet?

I am an Indian s / w professional (female, 24 years, weight 54 kg, ht-5-3 "). Daily My diet is as follows Early in the morning: 2 cup water Breakfast: 8 am South Indian dish like paper dosa idly/bombino/3 / UPMA (different theme every day) 1 small apple, 1 cup milk. 13:00 Lunch-3 chapatti, dal, little, Curry salad snack: Sunday 5:30 milkat small cup, at 7 pm (soup pm 1 small) bowl and biscuits or sev. Rice dinner: 8:30 to 9:30 – 02.03 chapatis, curry and cheese, please. guide me …. Regards, Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi, Your diet looks good, only they come very late, around 8:30 or so. The later you eat, the more you keep and it just sits while you sleep. I know it can be busy, but an hour before dinner can help. Also, i drink 8 glasses or bottles of water a day. It cleans the system and I always feel fresher in the morning without that all the extra added sugar. If this is the diet you are following every day, you are doing an incredible job, with only minor changes necessary. Hope you can help.
