Did I eat healthy today?

I just wanna know if I ate healthy today because I am trying to lose weight. By the way I am a teen girl. Any suggestions?

BREAKFAST (6:45)- bowl of honey nut Cheerios, fat-free milk, benefiber powder, 1 glass of water

(in between breakfast and lunch I had a large bottle of water)

LUNCH (12:40)- Salad (mixed greens, carrots), Mandarin oranges, fat-free milk

SNACK (3:15)- bowl of fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), a banana

DINNER (6:50)- Grilled Tuna-steak, lots of asparagus, some slices of portabella mushroom, diet snapple peach iced tea

Desert (9:30)- Some baby Carrots.
and for the person who asked about diet snapple: I like diet snapple. It tastes just fine. It doesn’t taste “diet” at all. I love it!

Sounds great! A lot better than mine! lol

Btw how does the diet snapples taste?
