diet strong
is to eat chicken (not fried) that's good for someone on a strict diet safe?

I'm on a strict diet and only eat once or twice a day, my staple foods are a small bowl of cereal, then at 4pm or 5pm bad eating non-fried chicken. salad. and iwont eat again until evening nextday.at i work for 45 minutes in two miles on foot. I let the chicken as part of this crazy diet or should I remove it and just leave the cereal with tuna later for best results within 4 months? The only reason to eat the chicken is due to hear your good in protein. any opinion?
