
How do I break an addiction to caffeine / stop drinking pop?
My habit Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi left badly needs. Prices are rising you can eat more than two 24 packs of it in a week. If they drink several times a day when you start getting super irritated easily, sleep and have headaches. My mom says I'm addicted to caffeine. Well, in addition to the price of my mother read the other day that there is an ingredient, which called aspartame causes depression and manic depression … so so that I can not help what so ever. Can anyone help me be a no "pop-a-holic"? Well popaholic makes me sound like a recovering pill popper apparently … What about alcoholic soda. And reading through some things online that information could be useful … I drink because I feel carbonation. I like the cold burn in a soda can when I have thirst. I do not care water and such, but there is simply no lack of them.
