Diet and exercise tips for 130 to 110 in 4 weeks?

I am now about 130 pounds and 5 feet 2.75 inches, and 17. I am exercising a bit, for the easy things out. But significant weight loss is going to take considerable sweat. I like to run and do yoga, I love to eat (duh;)) Any advice for yoga is a great loss of weight? How to lose a considerable amount of abdominal fat relatively quickly? Where to buy good running shoes?
