What is the quickest way to lose weight?

I've been eating a vegan diet without junk food, no refined foods, no sugar and almost no salt. I lift weights, run and do yoga. any other tips or tricks to lose weight? I hear things like proper breathing, posture, eating slowly helps …. i seriously do not care if I lose too much too fast, in fact, the more the better! please help! I lost 5 pounds in 2 days doing this, but I want to lose weight faster I'll stop when you reach my ideal weight I'm 19

weight loss can quickly lead to problems severe and .. and it is safer to not lose it in a reasonable time .. all you have to go with light breakfast .. then lunch .. and a light dinner at 7pm .. Davide try soda and cola .. if you choose to skip lunch is well .. you can have fruit salad for dinner .. important exercise, as well .. Walking and swimming are graduallyy ideal for losing and maintaing good body shape
