Trying to stay healthy! Calorie?

I’m thirteen years old. I’m not overweight, but I want to start replacing my fat with more muscle. I’m noticing that I’m starting to grow faster, and I am aware of the fact that my body needs proteins to do so. Did I mention I’m vegetarian?

What are some good diets for me to have on a normal basis to stay in shape and get the nutrients I need?

What should an average calorie intake be for someone who’s right now 5 feet and 80 pounds? About how much weight is acceptable to put on with each pound?

Any other tips/ recipes?

I love bananas, zucchini, tomato soup, spinach, bread,beans, cheese, and pastas (whole wheat and regular.)

What are some healthy ways to incorporate these into my diet? Should I take B12 pills since I don’t eat fish? What’s a healthy way to eat cheese? Any other tips?

All help is appreciated.

P.S. I drink 5 glasses of water and 2 glasses of milk every day. Is that enough?

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
