Disney Sleeping Beauty Dvd Movie

If Disney DVDs imported from other countries OK to buy (like eBay)?

I have children who would love to see some of the classics DVD movies from Disney – like Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, etc, but they can be found in stores, and eBay selling outrageous amounts! eBay has those imported from other countries, but presumably the U.S. format. They are also much cheaper! Since I'm not a collector of Disney die-hard or nothing, these imports will serve only for my children to see? It is the poor quality? Please let me know because I've never bought before you import DVDs. Thanks!

I have 53 DVD from Disney off of ebay and they were from outside of us and a great job. They were not in its individual container, but everyone works very well. I only paid $ 110 with s & h.
