I srtart this diet …?

this is not like others I'm thinking very healthy food, but only when I have hunger weriously. I am a dancer andi need to lose 20 pounds by Christmas. So working a lot and eat only when I'm hungry willg et me through the day ….. makes any disagreement and you better have a good reason! well I'm almost about to go anorexic, so I do not want to do this is much better and litter on I need a permit documents. They suck and do not help. Obviously trying to lose weight for a long time and no work will not be solved by going to the doctor ……… so I'd like some suggestions of what foods to eat or soemthign iForgot this??

Make sure to get even 1200 calories, whatever you do, or eat your body muscle and store every calorie as fat. Your metabolism will slow down because we do not have that muscle, and it's just a vicious circle. Cut out sodas (diet and regular), and sweetened coffee and tea. Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day, and eat as many colors as you can. When you can get fresh, steaming is the following better, and then frozen, then canned. When you get in a can usually add salt, fat and / or sugar. Eat whole grains (wheat read labels integral or whole grain as the first ingredient). Cut food with ingredients that read "enriched", "high fructose", "sugar" or "hydrgenated" in the first five ingredients on food labels. Eat lean meats. Drink 2-3 cups of skim milk daily. 8-12 glasses of water day. Good luck and good health.
