
Are fad diets really work?
Cambridge diet, diet Atkinson, Weight Watchers slimming world, do any of these really work or is a balanced diet and plenty of exercise, the better chance?
The best diet in the world is to eat healthy, stick to 1200 calories a day, it is necessary vitamin supplements and at least 30 minutes exercise a day. x
