i bought human hair extensions (sew in or fusion kind) for 60 dollars at Sally’s beauty supply?

How long will they hold up and how often can i wash them and can i swim with them in? I’m hoping to get 4-6 months wear with them. I’m getting them sewn or fused in my hair. Will this damage it alot? My hair is short a bit above the shoulders with short choppy layers.

if u have sew-in extnstions they usually last for 2-3 months depending on how well it is sewn in and how u take care of it..yes u can swim with extensions..no it will not damge the hair by being sewn in…..so your god..no worries
