Help! My CHI flat iron is broken. What can I do if I don’t have a receipt anymore?
Chi Global Beauty Network, INC. small flat iron. When I plug it in, the red light flickers some and then goes out completely.
Calling the manufacturer with the serial number is worth a try, but I remember reading on the box of my chi that without a receipt it is not under warrenty because you need to prove it is from a salon. If it was purchased on ebay etc. they will not honor the warrenty, so the receipt proves where you purchased it.
