healthy diet salt intake
I'm addicted to sunflower seeds, but I'm worried about my salt intake. Is it really bad for me?

I'm eating very healthy and I even buy herbal seasonings doesn't have salt, but I can not give up my seeds. How serious is this for me? Is it enough for me to retain water or any of the other effects of the salt in my diet? If so, is there anything I can do (short of giving up) to help? Thanks!

Well, seeds Sunflower is a very healthy source of protein, so they do not give up. Try to buy the raw and without salt, then bake in the oven and add your own amount of natural sea salt, or use your herb dressing, which will be a healthier choice, low sodium. But hey, a little salt never hurt anyone, everything in moderation.
