for breakfast,lunch and dinner and what type of snacks are better for a diet?is diet soda acceptable or should i avoid it?thanxs
Breakfast – oatmeal, organic cereal, homemade protein pancakes, waffles, or french toast, organe juice, fat frree or skim milk
Lunch – unsalted almonds, peanuts, chaswes, rasians. Salada with tomatoes. ( no dressing ) Brown ricewith boneless turkey/chicken organic fruits
Dinner Brown pasta, vegetables ( no can or bag ) organic turkey, chickem, groudn beef, prok etc
